We are meeting at 6pm for an informal event where we will discuss different backup implementations - when to choose what method and how to combine them. This will be an ad-hoc whiteboard style session and we will be flexible to focus on the areas and methods that participant have the most interest in. Of course, there will be ample time for peer networking. We should finish by 8pm.

For those who are not familiar with the protocol - free pizza, beer and soft drinks are provided.

Alex Gorbachev, me, will be moderating and leading the discussion and share his knowledge and experience. Attendees are very welcome (and expected) to contribute with either questions or their experience in the are of MySQL backup and recovery.
